Ole Johannes Rasmussen Saure was born on 23 Dec 1845 in Hjørundfjord, Møre og Romsdal, Norway, the son of Rasmus Larsen and Pernille Ingebrigtsdatter.[1]

Ole married Berte Oline Berntsdatter Viddal on 11 Jun 1876 in Hjørundfjord.[2] Their daughter was:

  1. Oleanne Martha (Olsdatter) Viddal (1876 - 1944)

He died on 2 Sep 1876, shortly before his daughter was born, at the age of 30.[3]

His probate was dated 1 Jun 1880, Viddal in Hjørundfjord.[4]
