Obituary

Amber Van Fleet, 73, of 26 West 600 South, Brigham City, died Tuesday, June 28, 1988, in a Bountiful hospital of an apparent heart attack.

She was born May 15, 1915, in Mantua, a daughter of Christian and Mildred Rasmussen.

She was married to Joseph Van Fleet in 1939.

She was reared and education in Mantua and Brigham City and attended Box Elder High school.

After her marriage, she moved to Los Angeles, Calif., where she was employed as a telephone operator and supervisor for 30 years, retiring in 1978.

She moved to Brigham City in 1980.

Surviving are her husband of Brigham City; a son, Joseph Kent Van Fleet, Downey, Calif.; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Vesta Lee, Salt Lake City.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister and a granddaughter.

Funeral services were held Saturday at Olsen-Myers mortuary, Brigham City.

Internment was in Brigham City cemetery. ^[11]
