Pierre Rau was born 22 Jun 1810 and baptized at St Antoine, River Raisin. His parents were Jean Baptiste Raoul and Margaret Lapointe. [1]

(NOTE: The St Antoine Church register is not online but microfilms are viewable at Monroe Public Library, Ellis Branch.
GFFDRR Lists him as Peter Rau. Father Denissen read the St Antoine Church register but he always anglicizes the French prenoms. He also tends to standardize surnames and rarely, if ever, uses more than 2 spelling variants. Older ancestors in this line were listed as Raoul.)

Roe-2386 did not die in 1844! It was intended to be after 1844 when all children had been born!
