William was born May 14, 1925 in Elma, Washington[1]. He was the youngest son of William Ray and Annie Cross. He passed away May 20, 1940 in Elma, Grays Harbor, Washington due to Pulmonary Edema from Pseudo muscular dystrophy[2]. He was 15 years old.
