Ruth Ray was the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth Ray ( Mead Garner )
When Ruth Ray was born in 1808 in Franklin, Pennsylvania, USA, her father, Samuel, was 38, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 39. She married James Wilkinson on February 27, 1825, in Brokenstraw, Pennsylvania, USA. They had 13 children in 26 years.
