Biography
Bertie was the son of Oswald Ray and Selina Elizabeth Pickles.
He married Doreen Anderson at St Marys Catholic Church on 2 Sep 1939. His brother George would later marry Doreen's sister, Clarice.[1]
Bertie and Doreen had twin daughters, Pamela and Robyn.
Bertie died 4 Jan 1987 and is buried at Rookwood Necropolis.[2]
