His will is dated 20 January 1738/39 and proved on 15 February 1738/39 at Fairfield. His inventory was taken in February 1738/39.[1]
The distribution of his moveables and land that was not mentioned in his will was recorded on 3 April 1739 at Fairfield.[2]
