Francis was born and baptised on 25 December 1831[1] in Sutton Mortis, Somerset, England, United Kingdom. His parents were William Raymond and Frances (Fanny) Brooks.
He emigrated on 26 Aug 1839 aboard the MOFFATT with his parents and 2 sisters.
He immigrated on 19 Dec 1839 to Port Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
On September 6 1855 he married Elizabeth Brooks in St Lukes Church, Adelaide, South Australia.
He married Mary Ann Randell on July 18 1865 in Methodist Chapel, Salisbury, Adelaide, Sth Australia, Australia
He died on 27 December 1875 and was buried at Salisbury Methodist Church Cemetery [2].
Occupation - Carrier/Carpenter/farmer
He was admitted to Royal Adelaide Hospital on 24 December 1875 with a strangulated hernia and died three days later.
