Biography

Brad was born July 29th, 1927 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to John Raynor and Vesta Virden.^[1] He was a World War II Navy veteran, and a safety engineer for the Veterans Administration. ^[2]

He Died September 18th, 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona. ^[3]

Brad is survived by his wife, Velber; daughter Julie Oesterreicher; stepson, Gary Spencer; two sisters; two brothers; and two grandchildren.

He is buried at the Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary in Phoenix, Arizona^[4]
