Biography

Mother of Susan B. Anthony

Lucy was the daughter of Daniel Read.[1]Massachusetts town and vital records lists Lucy's last name at birth as Mead.[2]

Lucy married Daniel Anthony in 1817. They had seven children.

Lucy is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Rochester, Monroe New York.[3]
