DEATH. 12 Aug 1875, Ginahgulla, Double Bay, New South Wales, Australia
DEATH NOTICE. FAIRFAX.—August 12, at her residence, Ginahgulla, Double Bay, after a long and painful illness, Sarah, the beloved wife of John Fairfax, aged 67.
OBITUARY. Death of Mrs. John Fairfax. The public generally will hear with much regret that Mrs. Fairfax, wife of the Hon. John Fairfax, died about 10 o'clock this day. She had been ill for a considerable time. The deceased lady was, we believe, a native of Warwickshire, England, and arrived in this colony with her husband family about thirty-seven years ago. Her unobtrusive conduct and practical benevolence of character had endeared her to large numbers of friends, and her death will be deeply as well as widely, regretted far beyond her family circle.
Death of Spouse: 16 Jun 1877, Ginnegullah, Woollahra, New South Wales, Australia
