Research Notes

She was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri. She loved baseball and for her there was only one team, the St. Louis Cardinals. She alwasys wanted them to beat the "Pitchburg" Pirates. Games in the 1950's were mostly in the daytime, so she always had the radio on. She worked as a nurse's aid and loved to cross stitch. She only completed the 6th grade, and she was always bitter about not having the chance to go to high school.
