Biography
Mary, daughter of Robert and Jane (Douglas) Reaney, was born 3 April,1857 on the family farm in Osgoode Township, Canada West where she spent her formative years.[1][2]
On the 15th of April, 1897 in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, she married Robert Richardson, son of James and Eliza (Jones) Richardson.[3]. She gave birth to a son in 1898 and a daughter in 1903 but each died within a year of its birth. Then in August of 1904 her husband passed away in Ottawa.
Mary passed away November 13, 1927.[4] Her remains joined those of her husband in the Metcalfe Union Cemetery in Metcalfe, Ontario.[5]
