Biography
Sarah Reed was born in 1810 in South Carolina. She married JOHN JACKSON YOUNG in 1836 in Wayne City, Illinois. They had seven children in 11 years. She died on February 10, 1853, in Lamard, Illinois, at the age of 43, and was buried in Wayne, Illinois.
