• Bill “Skeeter” Reese age 52 passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011 at his home in McKinney, Texas. He was born November 3, 1958 in Port Arthur, Texas to Mrs. Joyce Reese of Port Arthur, Texas and the late A.W. “Bill” Reese. On December 29, 1978 he was married to Valerie Lynn Arisco in Port Arthur, Texas. Bill is a member of St Jude Catholic Church, Allen Texas. Bill is survived by his wife, Valerie Reese of McKinney; mother Joyce Reese of Port Arthur, Texas; brothers Keith Reese, of Flower Mound, Texas, Jay Reese of Nederland, Texas, Kenny Reese of Groves, Texas, Randy Reese of Port Arthur and his mother-in-law Mrs. Jessica Peppers of Beaumont, Texas. He has several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his father A.W. “Bill” Reese and sister Tina Phillips. Bill graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1977, moved to the Dallas area in 1990 and received a BA in Business from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2008. Bill was an outdoor enthusiast with many interests. He enjoyed “bootcamp” workouts with his “bootcamp buddies”. His interest in world-wide travel with Valerie complimented his love for discovering new music and his passion for enjoying new culinary and wine experiences. Bill and Valerie spent much time caring for their yard and gardening. He continued his high school interest in athletics by attending and watching professional football, hockey and basketball games. A Memorial Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 29, 2011 at St. Jude Catholic Church, Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a remembrance gathering on Thursday evening beginnig at 6:30 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
