Biography

Thomas came to Western Australia as a prisoner on the Pyrenees, arriving on 28 June 1851.[1]

He married Emma Cook in 1852 at Middle Swan.[2] Note the registry index names her as Catherine Lyons, but this appears to be in error. The Bicentennial Dictionary of Western Australians states Emma Cook.[3]

Thomas employed four Ticket of Leave servants at Guildford on occasions 1863-1868.[3]

No death record has been found for either Thomas or Mary in Western Australia.
