Biography
Edward was born on the 28th May 1795 the son of Christian Ker Reid and Margery (Fordyce) Reid in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, England.[1]
Edward married Isabella Sandeman on the 18th Febuary 1818 in South Leith, Midlothian, Scotland.[2]
1841 Census on the 6th June 1841 Edward was living at St. Andrew, Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland with his children Isabella, Alison and William.[3]
1851 Census on the 30th March 1851 Edward a widower and an accountant, was living at 17 St Thomas Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland with his children Christina, Isabella, Alison and Marion.[4]
Edward died aged 61 in 1855 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland.[5]
