Edward Reilly, son of Bryant and Margaret (Smith) Reilly, was born in county Meath, Ireland, and there died. He was the owner and cultivator of land and remained a farmer until his death. He married Margaret, born in county Meath, Ireland, daughter of Patrick and Mary (Finnegan) Fedigan, and had ten children, of whom the following immigrated to the United States: Michael, James, John, and Patrick J., of whom further.
