Phillip was born in 1898. He was the son of Phillip Reilly and Jennie Bebronne.[1] He lived with his parents and siblings in Queens, New York, New York in 1900[2] and 1910.[3]
Phillip registered for the WWI draft in 1918 in New York City, where he worked as a clerk.[4] He lived with his parents and siblings in Queens, New York City in 1920, where he was an engineer’s helper for a stationery store,[5] and in 1930, where he was a labourer for the City.[6] He lived with his sister and her husband in Queens in 1940, where he was working as an accountant.[7]
Phillip married Louise K McGregor on 11 Jun 1944.[8] They had children.
