Remley) Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of John Remley late of Orange Township Columbia County dec'd. the said administrator having first put in as his sureties George Kelchner and Stephen H. Miller in the sum of four hundred dollars, and having also been duly sworn to administer said estate well and truly and according to law and to faith fully comply with and regard the laws relating to collateral inheritances.
