Daniel Remy was born in Westmoreland County, Province of Virginia about 1722. He was the son of William and Catherine (Asbury) Remy. Daniel was still a minor when his father died and inherited his father's estate after the death of his mother.
He married Darcus Brickey, daughter of John and Sarah Brickey. It doesn't appear they had any issue. There was a deed regarding the estate of John Brickey naming his five daughters and their children. No children were given for Darcus.
