Roll of Honor
Percival Rex was Fatally Wounded in Action during The Great War.

Enlisted 27 Oct 1914, Reg No. 1114, 15th Battalion. His record says he died of wounds on 24 May 1915, on board HMT Galeka, at Lemnos. Buried on Lemnos.

Mercury (Hobart, Tas. : 1860 - 1954), Friday 11 June 1915. [1] REX. - Died of wounds at the Dardanelles, on May 31, 1915. Percival Hugh Rex, aged 35 years, fifth son of the late G. W. and S. J. Rex, of Avonleigh, Patrick-street, Hobart.
