Hello Mr. Reynolds, my name is Jocelynn Cottrell Bogie and we are 8th Cousins. I want to ask if you could view my proposal of a merge between Anna Tanner Johnson and your Anna. Also, if I could work on Samuel Tanner, her father. Please let me know, I'm anxious to go forward in The Magna Carta Sureties Project and Anna is one of the lines I am from. Thank you. Sincerely, Jocelynn ~~
Hi Howard,

Treatise on Atonement works better as a free-space page, which I have created and orphaned. You can do your research with it there, create a table for the names, etc. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Treatise_on_Atonement

Thanks, Natalie, Categorization

Who did Sarah Gardiner marry with as much specific info as you know?

Have you taken a dna test?

If you private e-mail your e-mail address, I can send you a copy of The Gardiners of Narrangansett. If I had approximate dates of birth and death I will check my research file of over 225,000 folks. I will look more tomorrow on this.

Hi Howard. I joined WikiTree today and see that you're knowledgable about the Gardiners. So I'm hoping you might know where I can find information about my ancestor Sir Francis Gardiner. He was the father or grandfather of sea Capt. John Gardiner who moved from Narragansett, R. I. to Philadelphia before the Revolutionary War. Capt. John Gardiner lent at least one ship to the colonies to fight the revolution against the British. He had one son, James Busch Gardiner (also a sea captain), who had a daughter Sarah and a son John. Old Captain John didn't like his son James, so he left all his money to James' son John. Apparently, John Gardiner took the money and headed west, where he got into banking. His sister Sarah stayed in Philadelphia. She is my great-grandmother.

Howard Reynolds is a Wonderful WikiTreer.

Congratulations Howard

You really ought to reread what I sent you. I want you to change all your Gardiners to Gardner, because that is how it is spelled in Pownal, especially for these generations. Please don't misquote me.

Gardiner-1117 and Gardner-4531 do not represent the same person because: I see no evidence that the Ann, daughter of Samuel and Mary had any relationship with the surname Waite. Please see Gardiners of Narrangansett p. 47

Please explain why you made the Peregrine Gardner merge an unmerged match. Everything on the two profiles matches. Why shouldn't they be merged?

Sorry I looked at it wrong. I tried to remove my comment and it wouldn’t let me. I believe you are correct and will except the info. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
Thanks for the message regarding GARDNERS. Interestingly, I am currently matching on AncestryDNA 13 individuals that list your surname REYNOLDS in their trees and in their Lists of Ancestral Surnames.
