William James Reynolds was born on Tuesday, 16th December 1794 in Holborn, City of London England, the son of William Reynolds and Ann Elizabeth Overton.

In 1823 William married Jane Stephens the daughter of John Stephens and Mary Harris.

William died on Saturday, 3rd July 1858 in Pimlico, London, England.

Married under a licence issued by the Faculty Office, witness were John and Mary Stephens, Jane's parents.
