  1. ) Reynolds Genealogy; page 11-12: Jonathan Reynolds, son of John Reynolds and Sarah ____ was born in 1636 at Wethersfield, Connecticut and he died 1673 at Greenwich, Connecticut. Jonathan married Rebecca Husted in 1658. He became a member of the General Assembly in 1667 and re acquired the Territory ceded to New Amsterdam in 1642 returned to New Haven. He was one of 12 Freeholders to declare allegiance to New Haven Colony and was instrumental in establishing rules for un-fenced land boudaries. His health deteriorated and he retired from public service and died in 1673. Jonathan married Rebecca, daughter of Angell Husted in 1658. {Editorial Note, Gordon Remington clearly proved in his 1998 TAG Journal article that Rebecca, wife of Jonathan, could not have been the daughter of Angell Hustad. [2] } Children:
