The certificate states her father was born in Delaware, but this is not correct as we have documentation showing he was born in Ohio. The person providing the information is her husband. Her grandfather was supposed to have been born in Delaware. Her cause of death is listed a Carcinoma of the liver (cancer) with the contributing condition of nephritis. She was to be buried on 15 Sep 1938.
