Biography

Many sources have Claudine's birth date as 21 September 1812, but according to the Hungarian version of Claudine's Wikipedia page, this is actually the date she was baptised and her birth date is unknown. She was the only surviving child of Laszlo (Ladislaus), Graf Rhédey de Kis-Réde and his wife, Ágnes, Baronin von Inczédy de Nagy-Várad. and was baptised as Klaudia Zsuzsanna
