RHOADES--Near Longmont, Friday, February 5, 1904, of heart disease, Perry Edwin Phoades, aged 41 years, 7 months and 24 days.
Mr. Rhoades was called from this life very suddenly, little or no warning being given. He lived but ten minutes after the attack.
Perry Edwin Rhoades was born June 11, 1862, at Madaway Station, Portage County, Ohio, and came to Colorado twelve years ago, residing near Rinn.
He married Miss Bell Trowbridge Jan 28, 1884, at Butler, Mo., and unto this union was born five sons, all now living and at home.
He was a member of the Christian Church, having united with that body at Foster, Mo., in May, 1884, and continued this membership by uniting with the Longmont Church when he moved to this place.
Funeral services were held in the Christian Church, conducted by Rev. L. H. Humphreys. At the grave the services were in charge of Mountain Valley Camp No. 31, W. O. W. of which Mr. Rhoades was a member. He was also a member of the Fraternal Aid.
