His parents and siblings: Susan Wilson (1786-1866), b. Belchertown, MA, married Dr. John Hiram Ester Rhoads (1784-1855), b. Middlefield, MA, in 1820. They lived in Chenango Co., NY and had 3 children: Andrew (1812 NY-1880, a farmer; wife Almira ___; 8 children), Sarah aka "Sally" (1822 NY, age 28 in 1850 Census), and George Washington (1828 NY-1916, a farmer in NE). The family had moved to Pampas Township [now Cortland], DeKalb, IL before 1850.
