Biography

Ann was born on March 22, 1842 in Nelson County, Kentucky. She is the daughter of Edward Rhodes and Mary Medley.

Ann was baptized on April 9, 1842, by Rev. Althanasius A. Aud at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Bardstown, Nelson County, Kentucky. Her sponsor was Mary Julietta Rhodes.[1]

March 22, 1842 - Birth - Nelson County, Kentucky

1850 - United States Federal Census - In 1850, Edward Rhodes, 32, is farming with his wife Mary A., 28 in Meade County, Kentuck. Living with them are Thomas Rhodes, 7, Ann Rhodes, 7, William Rhodes, 3 and Susan Rhodes, a new-born.[2]
