1910 - United States Federal Census - In the 1910 federal census, Shelby Rhodes, 27, is living in North Litchfield township, Montgomery County, Illinois, with his wife, Lenora, 28, and their two daughters, Lorine Rhodes, 5, and Olive Rhodes, 2. Shelby is listed as farming.^[1]

1920 - United States Federal Census - In the 1920 census, Leanora M. Rhodes, 38, is living as the head of household in Litchfield Ward 4, Montgomery County, Illinois, with her two daughters, Lorine M. Rhodes, 14, and Olive A. Rhodes, 12. Leanora is listed as married (although her husband Shelvy, who is enumerated in Florida, is listed as divorced.).^[2]
