1910 - United States Federal Census - In the 1910 census, C.M. Rhodes, 38, is living with his wife, Amelia H. Rhodes, 39, in Brush Mound, Macoupin County, Illinois. Living with them are their children, Florence D. Rhodes, 13; Myrtle M. Rhodes, 10; Clarence H. Rhodes, 7; Mabel L. Rhodes, 5 and Lucy J. Rhodes, 1. C. M. is farming.[1]
1920 - United States Federal Census - In 1920, C. M. Rhodes, 49, is living in Brushy Mound, Macoupin County, Illinois, with his wife, Amelia, 49. Living with them are their children, Myrtle Rhodes, 20; Clarence Rhodes, 16; Mable Rhodes, 14; and Lucy Rhodes, 10. Also with C. M. and his wife is their daughter and son-in-law, Guy Burleson, 28 and Florence Burleson, 23 and the Burleson's two-year-old son Howard. All three men are listed as farming.[2]
