Biography
When Samuel boon rhodes was born in 1819 in Callaway, Missouri, his father, henry, was 27 and his mother, anna, was 25. He married Elizabeth ann Wilcoxson on December 25, 1843, in Scotland, Missouri. They had five children during their marriage. He died in 1878 in Amador, California, at the age of 59, and was buried there.
