folio 27v (image m0054): His name was Manuel Henriques de Lucena, was born in São Vicente da Beira, lived in Lisbon. His parents were Diogo Gomes and Isabel Henriques, They lived and were from São Vicente da Beira. They were dead.

folio 28 (image m0055): only knew the name of maternal grandmother - Joana Rodrigues.
