Frank was born in Topeka, Kansas. Before 1900, the family moved to Mill Creek, Wabaunsee, Kansas.[1] Frank lived in Wabaunsee County the rest of his life. [2] He joined the Army during WWI.[3] Frank died in 1974[4] and is buried at Saint John Lutheran Cemetery, Alma, Wabaunsee, Kansas, USA.[5]
