Biography
Elizabeth was born in 1850. She is the daughter of William Rice and Mary A. Martha Nicholson. Elizabeth married Joseph S. Penland. According to the 1900 census, Elizabeth had 12 children of which 11 were still living in 1900. [1] She passed away in 1935. [2]
