Biography
Mary was the daughter of Stephen and Rebecca Woolum Rice. She was born in Harlan County, Kentucky in about May of 1837. In the 1850 census she is listed as 13 years old and living with her parents and siblings. She married John Baker in Harlan County, Kentucky on 14 Jun 1860. In the 1900 census she is listed as 63 years old with a birth date of May 1837. It is not known when or where she died.
