William was born in 1853, son of Thomas Rice,
He married Martha Kay on 2 May 1886 at St Mary's church, Beswick, Lancashire.[1]
His death (age 72) was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1926 in the Manchester North district.[2]
