Biography

Jonas was born in 1672.[1] He was the son of Thomas Rice and Mary King.

Mary Stone and Jonas Rice were married on February 10, 1701, in Sudbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.[2] These are their known children:

  1. Silence Rice (1703-1763)[3]
  2. Adonijah Rice (1705-1715)
  3. Jonas Rice (1707-1793)[4]
  4. Absalom Rice (1709-1781)[5]
  5. Adonijah Rice (1714-1802)[6]

Jonas passed away in 1753.[7]Note that his stone indicates he died Sept 20 rather than Sept 22 as indicated.
