Biography
Noel was the son of Noel Rice and Maria Reasner.[1] He married twice. He married Mary Canfield in 1870.[2] They divorced before 1880. Noel married Luella Cephese Wells in 1890. [3] He moved to Adrian, Michigan before 1920.[4] He died there in 1923 and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Adrian, Lenawee County, Michigan.[5]
