Agnes was born about 1889. She passed away before 1920. She was probably the daughter, or at least a close relative, of John Pelkey.

The 1920 census taker noted that Agnes Pelkey, dsc. [deceased] was the mother of Louisa, Agnes Leona, and Eunice May Rice Hill, all of whom are listed under James Rice Hill as his daughters.
