Lee Richards was born in 1921 in Genesee Depot, WI. He was the son of Arthur Richards and Mabel Lee. After graduating from Waukesha High School in 1941, he enlisted in the U.S. Army [1] and served as a flight instructor in the U.S. Army Air Corps.
In 1943, he married Winifred Ohde in Roswell, N.M, where he was stationed during the war. Lee and Winnie had two children: Marcia Winifred and Lee Thomas "Tom".
In 1975, he married Nancy Lambrecht in Waukesha, Wisconsin. [2]
Lee was Vice President of the State Bank of Genesee Depot, (later Kettle Moraine Bank.)
Lee passed away in 1985 in Hartland, WI and was buried at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield, WI. [3]
