Soloman was born in 1855 in Ashe County, North Carolina.[1] He married at age 19 to Nancy Sapp (daughter of Jessee Sapp and Rachel Farmer) on Mar 29, 1874[2], and passed away in 1929 at 74 years old.[1][3] He is buried at Hiter Cemetery in Knifley, Adair County, KY, USA[4]
