Biography

John Richardson was probably born about 1700. On 2nd June 1724 he married Alice Adams at St Marys Church at Banbury in Oxfordshire, England. [1] Sixteen months later their daughter Ann was baptised at the same church. [2]

The baptismal register at the same church has a record for the baptism of another daughter born to John [and probably Alice, too] about 14 months later. [3] As there's no further entries for "John, labourer" at Banbury, however, further research is needed to clarify whether the baptism of a son to John Richardson fourteen years later refers to the same John but now with a [second?] wife Mary.

John died some time after 1726.
