Biography

John was born in 1882. He was the son of Austin Richardson and Martha Compton.

In 1900 he was 19 and living with his parents and brother in Illinois. [1]

He married Nellie Patterson in 1907. Their parents are listed on the record. [2]

In 1920 they were living in Illinois with their son John and Nellie's father Henry H Patterson. [4]

In 1930 John and Nellie were living in Illinois. [5]

Ditto for 1940. [6]

He passed away in 1952.

John was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Mount Vernon, Jefferson County, Illinois. The obituary posted on his find a grave page lists many facts about his life and relatives. [8]
