Biography

Georgia was born 4/3/1868 in Missouri. Her father was Jonathan Richardson and her mother was Joan McGinnis, both from Indiana. In 1870 Georgia was living with her grandparents in Tipton, Indiana. Georgia married Stephen James Coatney on 9/28/1886 in Nez Perce, Idaho, United States. In 1900 Georgia and Stephen and their children were living in Uniontown, Whitman, Washington where Stephen was a carpenter. In 1910 the family was living in New River, Churchill, Nevada where Stephen was a hotel keeper. By 1920 they were living in Santa Rosa, California where Georgia was in a nursing home. Georgia died 3/4/1925 and is buried in the Santa Rosa Rural Cemetery (Plot Rural WHC 114).
