Louis James Rowland Richardson was born about 1857, his father, Col. Christopher Rowland, was 20 and his mother, Frances, was 20. He married Annie Adelaide Brisley on September 1, 1884, in Toronto, Ontario. They had five children in 12 years. He died on November 21, 1929, in Paignton, Devon, at the age of 72. left 1960 pounds to his sister
