Biography
William Richter was born in February 1856 in Germany. He was the son of Gottlieb Richter and Louise Marksch. He married Elizabeth Lizzie Doran on June 24, 1886, in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. They had three children during their marriage. He died on May 6, 1916, in Cuyahoga County, at the age of 60, and was buried in Cleveland.
