Biography
ALICE ELIZA RICHTER was born in 1888. She was the daughter of ANE CHARLOTTE ERNESTINE HEIN and CARL RICHTER.
ALICE married WILLIAM PARSONS IN 1910 and their daughter, EILEEN MAY PARSONS, was born in 1911.
Sadly when EILEEN was two years old her mother, ALICE ELIZA PARSONS died. In 1915 EILEEN's father WILLIAM PARSONS enlists in the Australian Armed Forces during World War One and his enlistment form states that EILEEN PARSONS has been adopted and is now in the care of her grandmother, ERNESTINA RICHTER, of COOKTOWN, NQ, Australia.
