Biography
Philip was born about 1736 in Brannel, Cornwall. He was the son of William Rickard and Blanch Hoskin. He married Elizabeth Hicks on 4 August 1764. They had five children (Elizabeth, Mary, Jennifer, Patience and Philip). Philip died about 1797 in St. Hilary, Cornwall.
